Luo Xunjie, vice president of Tianjin Port Group, and Li Yimao, member of the party committee and deputy general manager of Anhui Port and Shipping Group Co., Ltd., signed the "Framework Agreement on Strengthening Jianghai Port Strategic Cooperation" on behalf of both parties.
