According to reports, among the 65 projects started in Tianshui City this time, 32 were projects over 100 million yuan, with a total investment of 14.8 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 4 billion yuan. Among them, 18 in Qinzhou District, 18 in Maiji District, 10 in Qin'an County, 4 in Gangu County, 11 in Wushan County, 2 in Qingshui County, and 2 in Zhangjiachuan County, covering transportation, water conservancy, energy, municipal administration, and agriculture , Industry, social undertakings, ecological and environmental protection, trade and logistics, urban construction and affordable housing and other more than ten fields, of which 42 people's livelihood and industrial projects, accounting for 65%.

It is understood that in the first half of 2021, Tianshui’s GDP increased by 11% year-on-year, ranking 7th; fixed asset investment increased by 18.3%, ranking 6th, and the comprehensive evaluation of key work completion ranked 4th in Gansu Province, ranking 7th in the province. Qinzhou New Town Infrastructure Project

The site of the intensive groundbreaking ceremony for major projects in Tianshui City is one of the eight new cities planned for construction-Qinzhou New City Infrastructure Project. The project has a total investment of 1.57 billion yuan. It is a major infrastructure project that extends westward from the main urban area of Tianshui City. The construction of municipal roads, bridges and culverts, water supply and drainage, electrical, gas, and landscape projects in Qinzhou New City covers an area of 1.54 square kilometers.
