This project is the first private owner's project signed by the company in Ethiopia. It is an effective attempt to further develop the Ethiopian market and seek multi-channel cooperation and operation in the local area.

The main construction content of the power transmission and transformation expansion project includes the expansion of two 132Kv substations and a 25km 132Kv single-circuit transmission line, with a total construction period of 14 months. The project supervision unit is Ethiopian Electric Power Company (EEP). Durban Cement Plant is one of the largest cement plants in Ethiopia. After the completion of the power transmission and transformation expansion project, it will meet the expansion needs of the cement plant and provide a stable power supply guarantee for the continuous production of the cement plant.
