On the afternoon of August 13, 2021, Song Hailiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Construction, met with Wang Wenbiao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Elion Group at the company headquarters. The two sides discussed deepening strategic cooperation, promoting ecological restoration and photovoltaic desertification control and other fields. Communicate frankly and friendly, and reach consensus.

Ecological governance

Song Hailiang extended a warm welcome to Wang Wenbiao and his entourage, admired the achievements of Elion Group in the fields of ecological sand control and photovoltaic sand control, and briefly introduced the recent reform and development of Energy China. He said that Energy China and Elion Group are committed to fully implementing, supporting and serving my country's carbon peak carbon neutral strategy. Both parties have obvious complementary advantages, consistent strategic directions and cultural concepts, and strong willingness to cooperate.

Since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement in April this year, the relevant departments and affiliated companies of the two parties have been closely connected, quickly locked in the areas and directions of cooperation, and made positive progress. Energy China attaches great importance to cooperation with Elion Group, and hopes that both parties will innovate cooperation models and accelerate integrated cooperation in areas such as ecological governance, new energy investment and development, and ecological health and maintenance, so as to achieve mutual benefit, win-win and common development.

Wang Wenbiao expressed his gratitude to Energy China for its trust and support to Elion Group, and congratulated China Energy for its recent achievements in development and reform. He said that since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides have actively planned cooperation around the two main lines of photovoltaic desertification control and ecological development, and reached a broad consensus with remarkable results. The new photovoltaic sand control model explored by Elion Group after years of practice has good economic, ecological and social benefits, and there is broad room for cooperation between the two parties. The value judgments and development directions of the two parties are highly compatible, the strategic mutual trust is high, and the cooperation foundation is solid.
