Project Overview

According to the "Guangdong Wanli Greenway Design Technical Guidelines", the "5+1" key tasks of Greenway's construction include water resources protection, water safety improvement, water environment improvement, water ecological protection and restoration, landscape and recreation system construction and five major construction tasks. Building an ecologically vigorous waterfront economic belt is an upgrading task. It mainly includes comprehensive promotion of river and lake water environment management to achieve clear water and clear water; comprehensive promotion of river and lake ecological protection and restoration, construction of river and lake ecological corridors; comprehensive promotion of disaster prevention and mitigation system construction, construction of resilient and safe water systems; comprehensive highlighting of river and lake water system landscapes Promote the coordinated development of transformation and characteristics; comprehensively enhance the waterfront recreational experience, create a well-accessible and serviceable recreational waterfront; make full use of relevant domestic and foreign advanced technologies to create a smart road.

The bidding is divided into three bidding sections. The first tender is 1.715 billion yuan, the second tender is 1.168 billion yuan, and the third tender is 421 million yuan. The planned construction period is 15 months and the defect liability period is 2 years.

The scope of the green road is divided into the Lugangyong (North Bank) green road project, the Shuikou water channel (lishui section) green road project, and the Nanyong (lishui section) green road project according to the water system. in:

1) Lugang Yongbi Road is a rural type road with a total mileage of 2.8 kilometers and a construction area of 65 hectares of the road;

2) The rural green road at Nanyong Bidao property, with a total mileage of 14.4 kilometers (total on both sides), and a green road construction area of 121 hectares;

3) Shuikou waterway green road is an urban green road, with a total mileage of 14.2 kilometers (calculated on both sides), and the construction area of the green road is 122.2 hectares.

Second bid

The scope of Bidao is divided by water system, including Beijiang main stream (Zidong-Beijiang Dike Management Station) Bidao Project, Nanyong (Shishan Section) Bidao Project, Tanzhou Waterway Bidao Project, Foshan Waterway (Luocunyong-Chancheng Junction) Green Road Project and Lubaoyong Green Road Project, the specific scales are as follows:

(1) The green road on the main stream of the Beijiang River is a rural green road with a total mileage of 10.5 kilometers and a green road construction area of 103.1 hectares;

(2) Nanyong Green Road is a rural green road, with a total mileage of 18.25 kilometers (total on both sides), and a green road construction area of 313.2 hectares;

(3) Foshan Waterway Greenway is an urban blueway, with a total mileage of 2.83 kilometers and a construction area of 17.35 hectares of greenway;

(4) The green road of Tanzhou Waterway is an urban green road with a total mileage of 4.5 kilometers and the construction area of the green road is 51 hectares:

(5) Lubaoyongbi Road is a natural ecological type road with a total mileage of 2.3 kilometers and a construction area of 61.4 hectares.
