One Belt One Road Building Project

The floor elevation of the One Belt One Road Building is 487.3 meters, and the total building height is 489 meters. The main tower of the project covers an area of 45.98 acres, with a total construction area of about 550,000 square meters, and a total investment of 10.7 billion yuan. It is planned to build a large-scale urban complex integrating headquarters offices, star hotels, and sightseeing and tourism. The estimated tax revenue will exceed 2 billion. The project strives to be completed and accepted in 58 months, which means that the construction period will last for nearly 5 years and is expected to be completed in June 2026.

Foundation status of the Belt and Road Building

Among them, the 1-88 floors of the main tower are for offices, including refuges, equipment and local businesses; the 89-95 floors are for businesses and sightseeing. Consistent with the previously published renderings, the main tower consists of four parts with different heights: 89 floors (approximately 427.6 meters high), 92 floors (approximately 443.6 meters high), and 95 floors (approximately 489 meters high) . In addition, the No. 2 building next to it will also build a sunken plaza, a hotel and a commercial building.
