New product performance upgrades to meet the diverse needs of the market

In order to meet the needs of large crane products in scenarios such as bridges, wind power generation, water conservancy construction, transportation infrastructure, and municipal engineering, Sunward Intelligent's new generation of E series cranes came into being.

On the basis of the original product, the SWCC1000E truss-boom crawler crane achieves a slewing speed of 2.6rpm at a lifting speed comparable to the industry level, and by setting up high and low gears, the walking speed can be adjusted to meet the walking needs of different sites; at the same time, with The combination of three tonnage counterweights enriches the scope of application of crawler cranes. In addition, the power unit of this crane adopts a self-disassembly arrangement of herringbone frame, which can realize quick disassembly and assembly, which is convenient for maintenance; and in terms of emission standards, it also takes into account the non-road national four emission requirements that will be implemented in 2022.

SWTC400E telescopic boom crawler crane has successfully joined the Sunward Intelligent Telescopic Boom crawler crane cluster, and leads the industry development in terms of lifting performance. By increasing the boom section by 7% and adopting high-strength steel boom, the equipment has a stronger carrying capacity without fear of heavy load conditions. In terms of operational stability, by widening the working width of the equipment by 100mm and increasing the track tread of 70mm to disperse the ground pressure and improve the stability torque, the equipment can be operated stably and safely. In order to solve the difficulty of crawler retracting on special roads, this crane increases the crawler telescopic cylinder of the off-car to ensure that the crawler retracts under high resistance and saves the cost of outrigger configuration.
