On August 26, 2021, the first cast-in-situ box girder of China Civil Engineering UAE Railway Phase II Project D was successfully poured, which marks another new progress in the construction of the superstructure of the bridge D after the successful erection of the precast I beam.

The bridge is located in the Emirate of Sharjah, Section D. The bridge is 180 meters in length and consists of 4 spans of cast-in-place box girder. Each box girder weighs nearly 1,300 tons.
