The sales of Zoomlion's construction hoisting machinery have accelerated again, with the total shipments exceeding 10 billion yuan at the end of June, and the sales scale has ranked first in the world. XCMG cranes ranked first in the international market in terms of export volume from January to April, and its products are distributed in 187 countries and regions around the world.

Behind the dazzling overseas transcripts are the years of exploration and practice of leading Chinese construction machinery companies in the international market.

XCMG unswervingly promotes the localization strategy of key overseas regions, deeply cultivates the main battlefields in Africa, Southeast Asia, West Asia, Central Asia, etc., and leverages the radiating role of European R&D centers and Brazilian manufacturing bases on the high-end market. In terms of development, an efficient global collaboration system has been built.

Through innovative measures such as enriching channel models and supporting local agents to go overseas, Sany has made great progress in service capacity building, agency system building, service accessory system building, and digitalization work since 2021.

China's construction machinery companies with multi-route exploration and internationalization have gradually ushered in a harvest period in overseas markets. Zoomlion said that overseas markets and emerging sectors have become an important growth engine for the company, accounting for nearly 20% of the company's overall revenue during the period. A good international layout is expected to open up a broader market for the company and bring greater growth. space.

According to customs data, from January to June 2021, China's construction machinery exports amounted to US$15.071 billion, a year-on-year increase of 54.9%. In order to meet the rapidly increasing demand for orders, Chinese construction machinery companies have continued to increase their investment in smart factories in recent years, and through intelligent means, improved quality and efficiency.

Sany Group is the first in the industry to start the construction of nearly 30 lighthouse factories or smart workshop projects, and comprehensively introduce new production organization methods such as Sanxian data centralized control and flexible production islands to promote the "speed up" of intelligent manufacturing.

Zoomlion, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry, Sunward Intelligent are also investing huge amounts of money to improve the intelligent and digital level of products, manufacturing, and services, using 5G, industrial Internet, big data, blockchain and other new technologies to empower the manufacturing industry. Chinese construction machinery goes abroad and gradually takes a place in overseas markets. It is worth noting that in recent years, the overall manufacturing level and international competitiveness of China's mechanical products have been continuously improved, and even some subdivided products have reached the global leading level. However, the industry generally believes that, in terms of the overall high-end machinery manufacturing field, China still has a certain gap from the industry's leading level; it also has a certain gap with developed countries in terms of the ability to customize specific products and personalized services according to customer needs.
