The Guli Precision Machinery Manufacturing Industrial Park is located on the south side of Zhennan Street, Guli Town, Changshu City, on the west side of Tieqin Road. The project land area (all construction land) is about 34,910 square meters, the floor area ratio is not less than 2.0, and the building height limit is 60 meters. The green area rate is 10%-20%, the building density is not higher than 60%, and the area of non-productive houses does not exceed 7% of the total area of the plot. The specific construction content includes workshops, supporting talent apartments, and supporting R&D centers.

Guli Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located in the north of Zhennan Street and east of Tieqin South Street, Guli Town, Changshu City. The project land area (all construction land) is about 36066 square meters, the floor area ratio is not less than 2.0, and the building height limit is 60 meters. The rate is 10%-20%, the building density is not higher than 60%, and the area of non-productive houses does not exceed 7% of the total area of the plot. The specific construction content includes workshops, supporting R&D office buildings, and supporting talent apartments. The reconstruction and expansion project of Changshu East Section of Provincial Highway No. 342 starts from Changshu East Interchange of Changtai Expressway and ends at the intersection of National Highway 524 (East Third Ring Road, Changshu City). The total length of the route is about 7.293km. East section of G204: two-way six-lane first-class highway with a subgrade width of 33m; west section of G204: elevated: two-way four-lane first-class highway; ground: two-way four-lane urban arterial road.
