He is Pan Hui, the head of the cement mill on duty in Qinghai Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. For thirteen years, Pan Hui can’t remember how many times he has lived like this: from home to the workshop is the route he is most familiar with. Sometimes it is late at night. When he learns that there is a problem with the equipment in the class, he rubs his sleepy eyes and immediately I got up and drove to the scene until the equipment was normal.

The difficulty is that he has always insisted on keeping improving in this post and is diligent in turning problems into learning opportunities. In more than ten years of daily work, he is based on ordinary positions, not letting go of every abnormal data, every marginal error, and every opportunity for learning and communication. The deep knowledge reserve and the skilled and precise technical operation have solved the company's technical problems time and time again.

You remember that once, when he encountered a troublesome maintenance problem, he led the team members to take turns to rest, racing against time. After 6 hours of emergency repairs, the night shift mill was finally able to start up normally.
