On the other hand, the relevant industry authorities of the autonomous region have studied and formulated work plans and support measures for the promotion of the PPP model in the industry, and coordinated and accelerated the implementation of PPP projects in key areas from the autonomous region level.

On the premise of strictly complying with the "red line" regulations related to the financial affordability of PPP projects, improve the quality of PPP projects and the efficiency of the use of financial support space. Make full use of the PPP integrated information platform of the Ministry of Finance and the PPP project information monitoring service platform of the National Development and Reform Commission to strengthen information disclosure. The update cycle of project information in the preparation and procurement stage of the PPP integrated information platform management database of the Ministry of Finance shall not exceed 6 months; The update cycle of project information in the implementation phase shall not exceed 12 months. For regulated PPP projects that obtain fixed asset investment loans from banking financial institutions, and the first loan is drawn during 2020-2022, or through the issuance of corporate bonds, corporate bonds, medium-term notes and asset securities during 2020-2022 For direct financing of chemical products and other methods, the autonomous region’s finance will provide a certain amount of subsidies.
