This project is located in Hengyang City and Chenzhou City. This project is an expansion project using existing road sections. The existing road sections were opened to traffic at the end of 2001, and the route is about 144 kilometers long. The whole line is currently constructed according to expressway standards, with two-way four-lane roads. The designed speed of the large city hub to Leiyang interchange section is 120km/h, and the route length is about 9km; the design speed of Leiyang interchange to the boundary between Hunan and Guangdong Province is 100km/h, and the route length is about 135 km. The charging period of existing operators has not expired. Among them, the section from the big city hub to Leiyang is an operating highway. Considering the epidemic compensation period of 79 days, the original operating period is extended to March 19, 2024; the section from Leiyang to Yizhang is The government repays the highway loan, considering the epidemic compensation period of 79 days, and the original operating period has been extended to March 14, 2032.

The expansion plan of this project is: the project route starts from the Leiyang City Hub Interchange (excluding) and ends at Yizhang (Hunan and Guangdong border). The total length of the route is about 144.18 kilometers, of which the starting point to the Wulipai Interchange section is about 71.04 kilometers ( The section including the speed-up section is about 62.03 kilometers long); the Wuli Pai interchange to the terminal section is about 73.14 kilometers long. The newly-built Martin Interchange connection line is about 5.67 kilometers.

Lingling to Daoxian Expressway Project

The project is located in the middle and western part of Yongzhou City. The project starts at the Fujia Bridge Interchange in Lingling District, connects to the Yongling Expressway under construction, passes through Shuangpai County and Daoxian County, and ends at the Ningdao Section of Xiarong Expressway. The main line is about 76.19km in length. Different design standards are adopted for this project segment: K0+000~K13+840 are recommended to use a four-lane expressway with a design speed of 120km/h; K13+840~K76+187 are recommended to use a four-lane expressway with a design speed of 100km/h h.

Guiyang-Xintian Expressway Project

The project is located in Chenzhou City and Yongzhou City. The route of this project starts at Chunglingjiang Town, Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, and connects with East Guidong (Xiangxi border) to Xintian Expressway from Xiangganjie to Guiyang section, and establishes a hub interchange with Xuguang Expressway for traffic transfer, and ends at Qingshuiqiao Town The wooden pavilion intersects with Erguang Expressway. The total length of the route is about 57km. It adopts a four-lane highway with a design speed of 120km/h.
