On September 22, 2021, China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Nanguang (Group) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing. Lei Fanpei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of China Shipbuilding Corporation, and Fu Jianguo, Chairman of Nanguang (Group), attended the signing ceremony. Sheng Jigang, member of the party group and deputy general manager of China Shipbuilding Corporation, and Wang Tongyan, deputy general manager of Nanguang (Group), signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages and carry out all-round cooperation in the fields of smart logistics industrial park construction, smart transportation and parking, environmental protection equipment and engineering, clean energy, and marine cultural tourism. Prior to the signing of the contract, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the strategy of serving the country to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, help the moderately diversified economic development of Macao, and participate in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Intensive Cooperation Zone and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Lei Fanpei gave a detailed introduction to the development of China Shipbuilding Corporation and put forward suggestions on strengthening cooperation between the two parties. He pointed out that the signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement is an important measure for the two parties to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party, promote cooperation between central enterprises and serve the national strategy.
