The "three lines and three joints" continuous beams straddle Mizhuo Expressway as the main traffic artery in the southeast of Beijing. There is a dense traffic flow and continuous traffic during the construction period. The construction is complicated, quality standards and safety risks are high.

Long-span continuous beam construction is safe and sound

In view of the difficulty of construction organization and high safety risk, the builders poured in 17 standard sections during the construction of large-span continuous beams. Through fully enclosed protection, protective fences were installed on both sides of the bridge deck to prevent objects from falling to high speed. highway.

At the same time, in order to ensure the high-quality, safe and smooth closure of continuous beams, the project carried out technical research by optimizing technical strength, creating a BIM model for the hanging basket construction, using three-dimensional animation to simulate the process flow, optimizing the implementation plan, and improving the efficiency of on-site disclosure. Construction is in progress. The whole process of linear monitoring ensures the smooth and precise closure of the bridge.

In addition, the builders also use the "smart construction site" platform to build a data monitoring section through big data, Internet of Things, cloud computing and other information technology methods, and use the "end + cloud + big data" method to collect and intelligently analyze construction site data , To achieve precise monitoring and intelligent management of project quality.

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on orbit speeds up again

The newly built intercity railway link project between the Capital International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport is an important project in the planning and construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intercity railway network. The Xiongshang High-speed Railway connects to the Huairou South Station of the Beijing-Harbin High-speed Railway via Beijing Daxing International Airport Station, Langfang East Station, Universal Studios Station, Beijing Sub-center Station, and Capital International Airport Station to the north.
