On September 26, 2021, another key project of the natural gas storage base in Shandong Province, the first phase of the Jinan Nancaofan LNG peak shaving storage and distribution station was completed and put into operation.
The Jinan Nancaofan LNG peak shaving storage and distribution station with a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan has a total LNG reserve of 70,000 cubic meters. After gasification, it can provide 42 million cubic meters of natural gas to Jinan and surrounding areas, and standard coal In comparison, it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 39%, and is listed as a key livelihood project in Shandong Province and a key project in Jinan City that basically achieves carbon peak during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
According to Wang Yongcheng, the person in charge of the project, the project adopts the most advanced natural gas cryogenic cold preservation treatment technology in China, and keeps the temperature of the extremely volatile, flammable and explosive liquefied natural gas stably below minus 160 degrees Celsius. It is multifunctional and intelligent. The control system can implement all-weather centralized monitoring of the peak shaving storage and distribution station to ensure safe storage and precise deployment.
