General Jin Yinan wrote a book called "Heart Victory", and I have a very deep experience after reading it: First, the army is born as a war, and the army is born as a victory; Twice, the first time was "in my heart".

These ideas and thinking also apply to enterprises. As an economic organization, one is to participate in competition as the mainstay of the market; the other is to obtain profits through competition and create more value for shareholders.

For state-owned enterprises, the essence of profit-seeking is different from ordinary enterprises. This is determined by the essential attributes of state-owned enterprises-in addition to economic attributes, the essential attributes of state-owned enterprises also have social attributes and unique party attributes.

There is no inevitable logical relationship between the nature of an enterprise and its success. State-owned enterprises have successful and unsuccessful ones; private enterprises have successful and unsuccessful ones; mixed-ownership enterprises have successful and unsuccessful ones.

In today's society, there is a general prejudice against the success of state-owned enterprises: if a state-owned enterprise succeeds, they will say "because you are a state-owned enterprise, you must have more national and social resources, and of course you should succeed." If a state-owned enterprise is unsuccessful, they will say "because you are a state-owned enterprise, your system is aging, the mechanism is rigid, and it is only natural to be unsuccessful." Then, move out a set of so-called "success".

It is true that state-owned enterprises have some of the disadvantages of state-owned enterprises, and other types of enterprises have some of the advantages of other types of enterprises. However, the disadvantages and advantages are relative. Similarly, just as private enterprises have the shortcomings of private enterprises, state-owned enterprises certainly have the unique advantages of state-owned enterprises.

We see that companies of different natures are excellent and successful, so the success of the company does not necessarily depend on the nature of the company. The key to the success of an enterprise lies in people, and the key lies in people's hearts.

If the heart is victorious, it is prosperous, and if the heart is defeated, it is decayed. Our party’s centuries-old success is mainly based on strong ideals and convictions that unite people's hearts and unite the 40,000 compatriots and the old China, which is like a scattered sand, into the Great Wall of Steel.

The strength of the party comes from the organization. The organizational power of state-owned enterprises is precisely the unique advantages and unique competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, and it is one of the core forces that promote enterprises to grow bigger, stronger, better and longer.

Only when you believe in your heart can you go far. As long as we have the belief that state-owned enterprises will win, we will definitely be able to go from one victory to another. Editor/Xing Wentao
