There are 5 people's livelihood and social undertaking projects such as the center, and 1 smart multi-functional pole infrastructure construction project in Chengdu. Among them, there are 1 project of 10 billion yuan, 1 project of 5 billion yuan, and 2 projects of 3 billion yuan.

It is understood that the Siwei Science and Technology Innovation Base Project in Pidu District, Chengdu, which started at the main venue, focuses on the construction of the national electromagnetic space safety industry. It is reported that Chengdu will have a total of 1111 key provincial and municipal projects in 2021, with a total investment of 3.27 trillion yuan, and an annual planned investment of 412.05 billion yuan. The investment completed from January to August is 341.93 billion yuan, accounting for 83% of the annual planned investment, and the progress is higher than the schedule 16.3 Percentage points.
