Recently, the first branch of the ZQ2 bid project on the Lan-Zhang 34-Wu section of the Lan-Zhang 34-Wu section of the China Railway 21st Bureau is stepping up construction.

The total length of the construction is 17 kilometers, mainly including 11 kilometers of Yongdeng Bridge, 5 kilometers of section roadbed and 1 kilometers of Yongdeng West Station Station Project. At present, the substructure of Yongdeng Bridge has been completed 80%, and it is expected that all upper and lower structures will be completed by the end of 2022. Upon completion, the roadbed and station yard projects are progressing smoothly as planned.

New Lanzhang Third and Fourth Line Railway

It is understood that the newly-built Lanzhou-Zhangye third-fourth line railway is located in Gansu Province. The main line is 518 kilometers in length. Lanzhou Airport Underground Station. Westward along the Zhuanglang River Valley, passing through Yongdeng and Tianzhu counties, crossing the Wushaoling of Qilian Mountains, to Gulang County, and entering the Hexi area through Wuwei City.

The line runs through the golden section of the ancient Silk Road-Hexi Corridor, connecting the provincial capital Lanzhou with Lanzhou New District and Wuwei City. The geographical position is very important. The section from Lanzhou West to Lanzhou Airport, as part of the Lanzhou-Zhangye Line 3 and 4 Railway, was put into operation at the end of 2015.

Main line project

The newly-built line from the Zhongchuan Airport to Wuwei section of the Lanzhou-Zhangye Third and Fourth Line is 194.275Km long, with an operating length of 254.566km across the line. There are 70 new bridges and 15 tunnels. The total length of bridges and tunnels is 128.186Km, accounting for 66% of the total length of the line.

Lanzhou New District Station Expansion Project, additional reserved 1 station 2 lines; Zhongchuan Airport Station expansion and extension project; Zhongchuan Tunnel (Lanzhou-Zhangye 34th and 4th line introduction T3 terminal related project).

The project is the first phase of the Lanzhou-Zhangye intercity railway. After the entire line is completed, it will become the second high-speed rail channel from Lanzhou to Xinjiang after the Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed rail. Editor/He Yuting
