The purchaser Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Transportation, the project approved the estimated total investment of 13.1 billion yuan.

Tieke Expressway Fangzheng to Yanshou Shangzhijie Section

The route of this project starts from G1011 Hatong Expressway in Huifa Town, Fangzheng County (about 2.4km on the east side of Huifa Interchange), and runs to the southwest generally parallel to G229 Raogai Highway, passing through Huifa Town in Fangzheng County, Liutuan Town in Yanshou County, and Yanshou The town intersects with Sanmo Highway on the north side of Yanshou County, and then continues to extend to the southwest, passing through Yanhe Town, Yanshou County, and finally Yanshou Shangzhi County boundary (located about 700m south of Tuanshan Village). The total length of this section of the route is 76.736km. The main line of the project adopts two-way four-lane expressway standards, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 26m.

There are a total of 2548.08m/18 river-crossing bridges on the whole line, including 1,829.4m/5 bridges, and 718.68m/13 middle bridges; 1026.92m/4 main line bridges; main line separation bridges 1,822.84m/23; main line Underpass separation and flyover bridges of 3365.6 meters/33; passage bridges of 77.64 meters/2, passage culverts 21; newly built Fangzhengxi (junction), Liutuan, Yanshou, Yanhe interchanges; 5 unmanned communication stations (Accessed to Shangzhi West Monitoring and Communication Sub-center from Shangzhijie of Yanshou Section to Wuchang Section), 2 service areas (Liu Tuan, Tuanshan), and 2 maintenance work areas. Yanshou Shangzhijie to Wuchang Section of Tieke Expressway

The route of this project starts from Shangzhijie, Yanshou (located about 700m south of Tuanshan Village), and runs to the southwest generally parallel to G229 Raogai Highway, passing through Changshou Township, Shangzhi Town, and Wujimi Township in Shangzhi City, and crossing with G301 in the north of Shangzhi Town. After crossing the Dujia Bridge on the Harbin-Mu High-speed Railway in the west of Shangzhi Town, cross the Bin-Sui Railway and G10 Suiman Expressway and continue to the southwest to the north side of Xiaoshanzi Town, Wuchang City. The line turns to the west and passes through Zhiguang Township, Wuchang City Weiguo Township, Changbao Township, finally Ji-Hei Expressway, and Tieke Expressway from Lalinhe to Wuchang section. The total length of the route is 85.992km. The main line of the project adopts two-way four-lane expressway standards, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 26m.

A total of 3171.36m/20 river-crossing bridges are set up across the line, including 2350.6m/5 bridges, and 820.76m/15 middle bridges; 1612.5m/3 main line bridges interoperating; 1590.84m/15 bridges on the main line; main line Underpass the separation and flyovers 3,556.12 meters/33; 33 passages and culverts; 1 monitoring and communication sub-center, 1 service area, 1 maintenance work area, and 3 ramp toll stations. Simultaneously construct the necessary traffic engineering and facilities along the route. The project approved and estimated total investment of 6.953 billion yuan.
