Gas & Power Group actively implements the national deployment of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, vigorously promotes liquefied natural gas (LNG) clean energy trading through CNOOC Mall, and uses digitalization to help the “dual carbon” goal. For the whole year of 2020, Gas & Power Group's LNG sales volume increased by 35% year-on-year, transaction value increased by 3.2% year-on-year, and transaction customers increased by 25.9% year-on-year. Gas & Power Group also made full use of the digital marketing attributes of CNOOC Mall and held more than 200 LNG "cloud flash purchase" events. Up to now, Gas & Power Group has completed more than 80,000 LNG orders transactions on CNOOC Mall, and has sold more than 37 million tons of LNG.

In October 2020, six CNOOC Chemical stores officially entered the CNOOC Mall. Since then, China Overseas Chemical has continued to accelerate the pace of digital transformation on the sales side of fertilizer products, and give full play to its role as the leader in the agricultural materials and fertilizer sector. It has successively launched 14 fertilizer brands including Fudao, Xiangyan, Sakefu, Amano, and Juanxin, and will be launched in 2021. At the end of March 2009, the online transaction of all categories of products was completed. At the end of April, the customer order rate exceeded 95%.
