Recently, the list of winning projects of the 18th China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award has been announced. Among them, the newly built Baoji-Lanzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line with the participation of China Railway 21st Bureau is on the list.

In the construction of ultra-high-risk tunnels, they strengthened advanced geological forecasts, comprehensively used TSP, advanced drilling, geological analysis, and sketching methods, especially through each cycle of geological sketches, to determine the direction and joints of the surrounding rock of the excavation face. The development of fissures and groundwater are comprehensively analyzed, the stability of the excavation face is comprehensively judged, pre-controls are made in advance, and targeted reinforcement measures are formulated to minimize the mud outburst, water inrush, and water inrush during the construction process. Gansu Feitian Award

The Lanzhou Aviation Base Project of Western Airport Group undertaken by the second company has a total construction area of 64,696 square meters. Chongqing Bayu Cup, Shancheng Cup

The second phase of the Chongqing Rail Loop Project has a total length of 17.83 kilometers. The third contract of Chu (zhou) Huai (South) Expressway undertaken by the three companies has a total length of 9.97 kilometers and mainly includes about 2.2 million square meters of earthwork, 17 bridges and 10 interchange ramp bridges. During the construction, they achieved many firsts: the first to complete the temporary construction, the first to complete the pouring of the first pier, the first to complete the beam erection, the first to complete the subgrade inspection... From 2016 to 2017, they won for two consecutive years. "AA" credit evaluation by the Department of Transportation of Anhui Province; received the "AA" credit evaluation of the Ministry of Transport in 2017; won the Anhui Provincial Transportation Quality Project Award. After opening to traffic, it has played a positive role in intensifying economic ties with the Yangtze River Delta region, accelerating the construction of the Wanjiang City Belt undertaking industrial transfer demonstration zone and the Hefei Economic Circle.

The Anhui National Road G347 Pu (Jixu) to Zong (Yang) first-class highway project built by the three companies, with a total length of 61.8 kilometers, is the longest construction mileage and largest investment scale of the national highway and provincial trunk road project since the establishment of Tongling, Anhui Province. It is also the first first-class highway to be constructed in Zongyang and won the Anhui Provincial Traffic Quality Project Award. After completion, it shortens the time and space distance between cities and counties, interconnects with rural road networks in Zongyang County and Pujiwei, interconnects with Chizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge and Deshang Expressway, and also connects with existing and planned national and provincial trunk lines Highway connection is of great significance for promoting regional development and driving rural revitalization.

Railway Quality Engineering Award

During the construction process, the construction personnel follow the principle of "test first, model lead the way", and extensively apply new industry technologies such as new anti-corrosion materials and epoxy anti-corrosion coating steel bars, concrete curing spray systems, and pier body spray curing lifting frames. It effectively overcomes the construction problems such as sulfate and chloride salt erosion, soft soil and slurries, and won the second prize of railway quality engineering.
