On the afternoon of October 14th, local time, the signing ceremony for the 1 package project of Bolivia's Miguyas Hydropower Station was held in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Elvin Bolda, general manager of Korani Electric Power Company, a subsidiary of Bolivian National Electric Power Company, and relevant personnel from PowerChina's Americas Regional Headquarters and Hydropower 11th Bureau attended the signing ceremony.

The Miguyas Hydropower Project is located in Quime City, La Paz Province, Bolivia, about 280 kilometers away from La Paz City. The project includes 2 diversion tunnels, 1 water intake and 1 storage reservoir. The 2 tunnels are nearly 6000 meters in length and 3 to 4 meters in diameter.
