On October 18, 2021, China Energy Construction Central South Research Institute general contract, Guangdong Thermal Power participated in the construction of the first Chinese-funded enterprise invested in Vietnam and officially commercialized a wind power project-Vietnam Ningshun Zhengsheng 50MW wind power project with full capacity of 16 wind turbines Commercial power generation, officially obtained the approval of the Vietnam National Electric Power Company. This project is also Vietnam's first onshore wind power project using Chinese brand wind turbines.

The project designs and installs 13 sets of 3.0 MW and 3 sets of 3.6 MW wind turbines. According to the "one machine, one change" configuration, 16 box-type substations are equipped to build a 110 kV booster station, and the annual on-grid power generation can reach 138.85 million kilowatts.
