With the completion of investment promotion for investors in the Xichang-Shangri-La, Xichang-Ningnan, and Huili-Luquan expressway projects, the number of expressway projects under construction and planned to start in Liangshan has reached as many as eight, and the expressway network has taken shape. Xixiang Expressway

There are 10 interchanges on the main line, and 7 interchange connecting lines will be constructed at the same time, totaling about 34.71 kilometers. Simultaneously construct 4 service areas in Hainan, Xichang, Yanyuan and Mianya.

To support local economic development, the project has also set up 3 branch lines, Xichang, Muli, and Lugu Lake, with a total of about 91 kilometers. Among them, the Xichang branch line starts at Huanglianguan Town, Xichang City, passes through Xixi Township, Daxing Township, and Chuanxing Town, and ends at Donghe Township, connecting G7611 Zhaotong to Xichang section, with a total length of about 39 kilometers; Muli branch line starts from Yanyuan Yuanbao Village, Gaizu Township, County, ends at Muli County and is connected to the G227 line, with a total length of about 39 kilometers. It is reported that the Xichang-Shangri-La Expressway project is an important part of the G7611 Duyun-Shangri-La Expressway in the "National Highway Network Planning (2013-2030)". It is one of the five major economic zones in Sichuan Province, the Panxi Economic Zone and convenient communication. Neighboring provinces, the main economic arterial routes and the main entrance and exit road passages connecting the external passages. Xining Expressway

The Xichang-Ningnan Expressway project is about 105 kilometers in length, with an estimated total investment of 21.3 billion yuan. It is constructed in accordance with the BOT model, and the entire line adopts two-way four-lane expressway standards. Among them, the section from the starting point to Puge County is about 59 kilometers, and the design speed is 80 kilometers/hour; the section from Puge County to the end is about 46 kilometers, and the design speed is 100 kilometers/hour. The project is set up in 8 locations, including Daxing, Terguo, Luojishan, Qiaowo, Puge, Songxin, Ningnanbei, and Ningnan (hub).

The construction of Xining Expressway is of great significance to improve the regional road network, strengthen the interconnection between the adjacent areas of Sichuan and Yunnan, promote the development and utilization of resources along the line, promote the economic and social development of the local areas along the line, and consolidate and expand the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Huilu Expressway

The Huili-Luquan (Sichuan Border) Expressway Project is an important part of the S81 Dechang-Huili Expressway in the "Sichuan Expressway Network Planning (2019-2035)". The main line starts near Shijiang Bay, Jiangzhou Town, Huidong County, and connects to G4216 Yipan Expressway. The total length of the route is about 30.145 kilometers, with an estimated total investment of 7.67255 billion yuan. It is constructed using two-way four-lane expressway technical standards, with a design speed of 80 km/h and a roadbed width of 25.5 meters.

The Huilu Expressway crosses the Jinsha River and is adjacent to the Wudongde Grand Power Station. After completion, you can enjoy the beauty of the Wudongde reservoir area from the Jinsha River Bridge. Enjoying the magnificent landscape of "High Gorge out of Pinghu" at high speed, I believe that the experience is no less than "touring the Three Gorges by ship", which will play a very good role in the development of tourism in Liangshan Prefecture.
