The Paramount Hotel Dubai project is located on the south side of Sheikh Zayed Road (King’s Avenue) in the United Arab Emirates, close to the world’s tallest building-Burj Khalifa, covering an area of 2,172 square meters with a total construction area of 135,400 square meters. The height is 258 meters, including five-star hotels and high-end apartments, with a contract value of AED 554 million, equivalent to RMB 1.039 billion.

The project is a large frame-tube structure with 3 floors underground and 65 floors above ground. Among them, the 12th to 15th floors above ground are for the hotel management, the 16th to 25th floors are for hotel rooms, the 26th to 64th floors are for apartments, and the top floor is equipped with a swimming pool. The project has a total of 776 rooms, including 281 rooms in hotels and 495 apartments.
