At 6:30 on October 19, 2021, the continuous beam rotation construction on the Tianjin-Beijing Daxing International Airport Railway across the Jinba Railway officially began. This swivel is the only swivel construction across the existing railway on the whole line. The north and south beams lasted 80 minutes and rotated 85.92 degrees and 88.92 degrees in the same direction respectively, and they were accurately closed at 7:50 to achieve the crossing of Jinba. Railway, this marks the completion of the continuous beam rotation construction of the entire Jinxing Railway, and provides a guarantee for the full development of subsequent beam erection and track laying work.

Jinxing Railway Project

The reporter of Jiandao.com learned from China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. that the Jinxing Railway Project starts from Tianjin West Station in the east and ends at Beijing Daxing International Airport Station in the west. Anci South Station, Yongqing South Station, Gu'an East Station, Daxing Airport Station.

Among them: Tianjin West Railway Station to Shengfang Station use the existing Tianjin-Baoui Railway; Shengfang Station to Gu’an East Station is a newly built line with a length of 47.17 kilometers; Gu’an East to Beijing Daxing International Airport Station uses the Beijing-Xiong Intercity Railway. The newly-built line will set up two stations, Anci South Station and Yongqing South Station. The existing Jinbao Railway Shengfang Station will be rebuilt, and one Yongqing West Line will be constructed simultaneously. The new line is designed to have a speed of 250 kilometers per hour.

According to Deng Yinjie, deputy director of the Jingnan Project Management Department of Beijing Bureau Group Corporation, the trans-Jinba railway swivel beam is 145.2 meters long and 12.2 meters wide. This turning operation not only has a large turning angle and a long turning time, but also the closure section is located in Jinba. Right above the railway, the safety protection level is higher, the quality control requirements are stricter, and the horizontal and vertical precision control have extremely high technical requirements.

After the completion of the rotation, it not only effectively ensured the operational safety of the existing Jin-Ba railway, but also opened up another block of the girder channel on the entire line, laying the foundation for the comprehensive development of the Jinxing Railway in 2022.

According to Duan Jinlong, the chief engineer of the Jinxing Third Standard Project Management Department of China Railway Sixth Bureau Group, the construction unit, experts have been organized to demonstrate the construction plan for many times before the rotation. The influence of the existing cable is fully rehearsed through BIM technology and network modeling. During the rotation, computer numerical control technology is used for visual monitoring, real-time observation and analysis of data, and timely correction of the rotation posture to ensure that the progress is controllable and Helong is accurate, quality is passed, and safety is guaranteed.

The newly built Jinxing Railway is an important trunk line connecting Tianjin City, Beijing Daxing International Airport and downtown Beijing. After the whole line is completed and opened to traffic, the layout of the railway network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will be further optimized, promote the coordinated development of transportation integration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and help the coordinated and deepened development of the regional economy and society.
