On September 30, China National Building Materials Group held a cadre meeting. The responsible comrades of the Second Bureau of Enterprise Management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announced the decision of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on the adjustment of relevant leadership positions of China National Building Material Group:

Appointed Comrade Li Xinhua as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China National Building Material Group, nominated as the general manager of China National Building Material Group, and no longer served as the vice chairman of China National Building Material Group;

Comrade Cao Jianglin was removed from the posts of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and Director of China National Building Materials Group, and no longer served as the general manager of China National Building Materials Group. The appointment and removal of relevant positions shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

China State Investment Corporation

On the morning of October 21, 2021, China Railway Construction International Investment Co., Ltd. held a cadre meeting. Wang Xiandong, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Corporation, and Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department, announced:
