A business unit of Saudi Real Estate Company (AlAkaria) was awarded a $115 million contract. According to the terms of the contract, Binyah will carry out infrastructure work in the WadiHanifa project of DiriyahGate Development Authority.
According to the contract, Binya will implement key infrastructure work such as roads, water supply and sewage pipe networks, rainwater drainage, irrigation, and street lighting. AlAkaria stated in a document submitted to the Saudi Stock Exchange Tadawul that the project is expected to be completed within 478 days, which will have an impact on AlAkaria's financial performance in the fourth quarter of 2021 and 2022. It is said that an important part of the US$20 billion DiriyahGate large-scale development project is the renewal and restoration of the 2-square-kilometer WadiHanifah with a long history.
