Greening and image improvement projects: including the greening replanting of Guangwu Avenue and Renmin Road; the greening improvement and lighting project of Tianying Science and Technology Park; the comprehensive treatment project of Bayigou Tianying Science and Technology Park; the water system and landscape around Tianying Science and Technology Park Building and entering the park system; Taozhuang Lake, Taozhuang North Lake Park, etc.

Supporting facilities construction projects: including Guangwu Science and Technology Park Public Service Center, Tianying Science and Technology Park Resettlement Area Public Service Center, Circular Economy Education Demonstration Base Indoor Renovation and Upgrade Project, and a sewage treatment plant in Xicheng Science and Technology Park, supporting sewage pipe network about 1.5 kilometers .

It is understood that the PPP project of infrastructure and ancillary supporting projects in the Jieshou High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Fuyang, Anhui Province, is composed of China Energy Construction Group East China Construction Investment Co., Ltd., China Energy Construction East China Runye Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., and China Energy Construction Group Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd.
