Recently, Chengdu Institute of power construction of China signed the basic design contract for a large number of poso-3 Hydropower Station projects in central Sulawesi province, Indonesia, which is the ninth design consulting contract for Chengdu Institute to expand the Indonesian market, which is of great significance for the company to continue to cultivate the Indonesian market.

Poso-3 hydropower station is located on the Poso River downstream of Poso lake, central Sulawesi province, Sulawesi island, eastern Indonesia. It is the third stage of three-level development along the river in Poso basin, with an installed capacity of 4x100 MW (phase I project) + 2x200 MW (phase II project). The main hub buildings include local material dam, spillway on the right bank and diversion and power generation system on the left bank.
