With urban development and population growth, three-dimensional transportation is particularly important. On November 9, 2021, the Qingdao Municipal Public Resource Trading Electronic Service Platform issued an announcement on the pre-qualification of the general contracting of the Liaoyang Road Expressway (Fuzhou Road-Haier Section) project. The bidding and construction units are Qingdao Metro Group, with a total project investment of 3.13 billion Yuan.

Project Overview

This project is the current rapid transformation project of Liaoyang Road, starting from Fuzhou Road in the west, Haier Road in the east, connecting with the traffic construction project of Liaoyang Road (Nanjing Road-Fuzhou Road) in the west, and connecting with the Shenzhen-Liaoning Interchange in the east, with a total length of approximately 4.6km. The design content includes the preliminary design of the Liaoyang Road Expressway (Fuzhou Road-Haier Section) project, the preparation of budget estimates, and the design of construction drawings (see technical requirements for details).

The construction content includes civil engineering, temporary land occupation, greening relocation, pipeline relocation, installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, transportation facilities, three connections and one leveling, construction (structure) within the project scope of Liaoyang Road Expressway (Fuzhou Road-Haier Road Section) The contents of all construction drawings such as building survey and protection, environmental restoration, lighting engineering, traffic decompression, road restoration, and traffic diversion facilities restoration (see technical requirements for details).
