Project Overview

The construction site is located in the Muding-Yuanmou Expressway Project (hereinafter referred to as “Muyuan Expressway”). The project route starts at Daditou, Jiangpo Town, Muding County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, and ends at Boheng Village, Laocheng Township, Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture. The Yangjie Hub interchanges with the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway for traffic conversion and connects local roads.

Yao'an to Nanhua Expressway Project (hereinafter referred to as "Yaonan Expressway"), the project route starts at the north side of Dongfeng Village, Yao'an County, and ends near Hongtumen (Xianzi Village) on the southwest side of Nanhua County. A total of 3 connection lines are set up across the line: Yao'an West Connection Line, Mixing Connection Line, and Nanhua Connection Line.

Construction scale

The total length of the main line of Mouyuan Expressway is 48.57 kilometers, and the total length of bridges and tunnels is 39.29 kilometers, accounting for 80.89% of the total length of the route. The technical standard adopted is a two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 80 km/h and a roadbed width of 25.50 meters. A total of 6 interchanges, 1 service area and 1 parking area are set up across the line. The construction content and scale of this project are ultimately subject to the approved preliminary design documents.

The Yaonan Expressway has a total length of 32.87 kilometers, including 20.242 kilometers in Yao'an County and 12.628 kilometers in Nanhua County. A total of 14365m/36 bridges and 5280m/5 tunnels are set up across the line. Among them, there are 3620m/2 long tunnels, 935m/1 medium tunnels, and 725m/2 short tunnels. The total length of bridges and tunnels is 19.465km, accounting for 59.77 of the total length of the route. %. A total of 38 culverts were set up across the line; a total of 3 interchanges were set up at Renhe, Mishula, and Hongtumen, and Yaoanxi was added. The Mixing and Nanhua connecting lines have a cumulative length of 15.999km.

Investment

According to the industrial approval, the bidding scale is RMB 18,915,495,700, of which: the total investment estimated by the feasibility study of Mouyuan Expressway is RMB 11,796,703,900, and the total investment estimated by Yaonan Expressway is RMB 711,879,800. (The actual project scale and total investment are ultimately subject to the approved preliminary design estimate.
