According to the agreement, the project specifically includes the planned construction of an industrial base project for information technology, intelligent and high-efficiency photovoltaic module manufacturing and supporting equipment with an annual output of 5GW, and a large base project for 2GW wind and solar power stations. The preliminary estimate of the total investment of this project is about 10 billion yuan, of which the power plant project investment is about 9 billion yuan, and the manufacturing project investment is about 1 billion yuan (all subject to actual investment). Among them, the project construction cycle requires that after the signing of this agreement and the necessary construction approval procedures are obtained, the construction and production will be carried out in phases and batches within five years; at the same time, the power station project will be located within the Chaoyang City area, and the approval progress will be approved according to the indicators.
