Project Overview

The second phase (east section) of Qingdao Metro Line 2 starts at Licun Park Station (opened) and ends at Expo Park Station. The line leads from the north end of the turn-back line after Licun Park Station in the first phase, along the north of Xiazhuang Road. After crossing the Wangbu Interchange, turn to Jinshui Road and lay east along Jinshui Road. After passing Qingyin Expressway, Fuerya, Zangcun, and Lijia Upper Stream, go north along Changchuan Road, turn into Shiyuan Avenue and lay eastward, in Binhai The Expo Park Station is located on the west side of the highway intersection. The line is about 8.9km long, all of which are underground lines. There are 8 stations with an average distance of 1.14km. The contract duration is 60 months. The planned start date is December 31, 2021. This date is only the planned start date. The actual start date is subject to the start instruction issued by the supervisor. Planned completion date: August 31, 2025. The completion date is the date when all the projects within the contracted scope of Party B are completed and the (sub) unit project acceptance is completed.
