According to reports, at about 4:30 in the morning on November 25, thick smoke erupted from the Listvia Zinaya mine in the Kuzbass mining area in Kemerovo region. At the time of the incident, a total of 285 workers were working in the mine. The cause of the accident may be coal dust fire.

Russian President’s Press Secretary Peskov said: “President Putin expresses his deep condolences to the families of the miners who are known to have been killed.
