In terms of offshore wind power planning, the "Opinions" clearly strengthen planning plans and project advancement, accelerate the construction of Zhejiang offshore wind power bases, and actively promote projects under construction. Organize the revision of the "Zhejiang Offshore Wind Power Development Plan" to realize the large-scale development of offshore wind power in Zhejiang Province. Gradually explore the use of the exclusive economic zone to build deep sea offshore wind power.
