Project Overview
G30 Lianhuo Expressway Qingshuiyi-Zhonghe Section Expansion and Reconstruction and Supporting Engineering PPP Project Estimated total investment of 24.062 billion yuan, consisting of four sub-projects, respectively, G30 Lianhuo Expressway Qingshuiyi-Zhonghe Section Expansion and Reconstruction Project (including Shichuan Interchange) Connection line), the South Extension Line Highway Project of the Central Passage, the Yanchangbao to Shichuan Connection Line Project of the East Section of the Lanzhou North Ring Expressway, the G30 Lianhuo Expressway Lanzhou East (Dingyuan Ramp) toll station and Lanzhou North (Zhonghe Ramp) Toll station project.
China Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. Lianhuo Expressway Lanzhou Qingzhong Section Consolidated Project General Contracting Department is responsible for the expansion and reconstruction of G30 Lianhuo Expressway Qingshuiyi to Zhonghe Section and the construction tasks of the LHQZ-ZB3 contract section of the supporting project PPP project, including the main line K55+377 ~ Section K68+450, Shichuan Interchange Connection Line and South Extension Line Highway Project of the Central Passage. The main construction content is 21.673 kilometers of newly built expressways, 2.5 kilometers of first-class roads, and 37.103 kilometers of second-class roads; among them, there are 16780m/88 bridges, 173 culverts, 9436m/7 tunnels, 3 flyovers, 5 interchanges, and level interchanges. 5 places and so on.
G30 Lianhuo Expressway Qingshuiyi to Zhonghe Section Expansion and Reconstruction Project
This sub-project includes the main line and Shichuan interconnection line. The main line starts at Dujiazui Village, Qingshuiyi Township, Yuzhong County, and ends at Pingxian Village, Zhonghe Town, Gaolan County. It has a total length of 66.812km and is divided into two sections. The section from Qingshuiyi to Zhonghe Town Shangchuan is a two-way six-lane road with a length of 63.934. km; The section from Shangchuan to Pingxian in Zhonghe Town is a two-way eight-lane road with a length of 2.878km. The Shichuan Interchange Line starts at Sancha Road, Shichuan Town, Gaolan County, and ends at Binhe West Road, Shuichuan Town, Baiyin District. The route length is 57.13km (including the newly-built Lanzhou section 30.018km and the newly-built Baiyin section 6.602km, which fully utilizes the 20.51km of the Baiyin-Shuichuan tourist road under construction. The newly-built Lanzhou section 30.018km and the newly-built Baiyin section 6.602km are invested in this PPP project , Within the scope of construction and operation, the fully utilized Baiyin-Shuichuan tourist road is not within the scope of construction and operation of this PPP project).
Central Channel South Extension Highway Project
The route starts at Zhongpuzi, Zhonghe Town, Gaolan County, and crosses Nanbinhe Road, B614 Road, and Tianshui North Road on the southwest side of Longwang Temple, and then connects to planned road T603#. The total length of the route is 11.1km, among which Zhongpuzi-Yanchangbao, Zhonghe Town, Gaolan County, is an expressway with a length of 8.5km; Yanchangbao-Tianshui Road is a first-class highway with a length of 2.6km.
G30 Lianhuo Expressway Lanzhou East (Dingyuan Ramp) Toll Station and Lanzhou North (Zhonghe Ramp) Toll Station Project
(1) Lanzhou East Toll Station
A total of 28 toll lanes with 10 entrances and 18 exits will be built at K1853+580 of G30 Lianhuo Expressway, including 6 ETC lanes and 22 MTC lanes. The straight section of the toll plaza is 200m long and 160.1m wide. 1 pre-assembled pre-stressed concrete pedestrian bridge, 1 culvert; 1 newly built management station area, covering an area of 15.67 acres, 4535.32 m2 of staff dormitory building, 232.9 m2 of auxiliary buildings, 38.85 m2 of concierge; 3,172 m2 of toll ceiling, underground passage 158.6m; Set up corresponding traffic safety facilities, charging, monitoring, and communication facilities. The toll plaza adopts cement concrete pavement structure, and other sections adopt asphalt concrete pavement structure.
(2) Lanzhou North Toll Station
A total of 28 toll lanes with 10 entrances and 18 exits will be built at K1706+266 of G30 Lianhuo Expressway, including 6 ETC lanes and 22 MTC lanes. The straight section of the toll plaza is 150m long and 160.1m wide. Widened middle bridge 82.08m/2, 3 culverts, 1 management station area, covering an area of 16.75 acres, newly built staff dormitory building of 4,535.32 m2, auxiliary buildings of 232.9 m2, gatehouse 38.85 m2; toll ceiling of 3,172 m2, underground passage of 158.6 m; Set up corresponding traffic safety facilities, charging, monitoring, and communication facilities.
Lanzhou North Ring Road East Section Expressway Yanchangbao to Shichuan Connection Project
The route starts at Yanchangbao, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, and ends at the head of the Shichuan Yellow River Bridge in Gaolan County, with a total length of 19.05km. The subsections of this project are constructed in accordance with the standards of urban arterial roads, two-way four-lane first-class highways, two-way two-lane second-class highways, and the design speed is 60km/h. The section K0+000-K2+600 is the urban arterial road with a road width of 33m; the section K2+600-K4+130 is an urban arterial road with a road width of 28m; the section K4+130-K17+300 is a roadbed width of 24.5m The K17+300-K19+075 section is a secondary road with a subgrade width of 12m; the design of bridges and culverts adopts highway-I grade, and other technical standards are in accordance with the "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTG B01- 2014) regulations are implemented.
