China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME), the Middle East branch of China State Construction Corporation, won a $ 102.3 million infrastructure contract in Kuwait's Al-Shadadiya Industrial Zone. The company said in a statement that the project's main contractor, Mushrif Trading & Contracting Co (MTCC), had awarded the contract to a Kuwaiti representative office.

CSCEC ME has been working on various projects in Kuwait, including the construction of the 1,200 km Etihad Railway Network in the UAE. The project is located in Ahmadi province. The scope of work of CSCEC ME involves roads, pipeline networks and other facilities.
