There are 7 newly built Shishandong, Dalan, Guanyaonan, Hegui, Tanbu, Huadugang and Shenshanbei stations on the whole line. Shishanshandong Station is an underground station and the rest are elevated stations. There is one intercity railway vocational training section on the east side of Tanbu Station.

The Guangzhou-Foshan West Ring Project has a total investment of 22.806 billion yuan. The construction period of the project is 5 years.
