Dayao County Cold Chain Logistics Center infrastructure construction project was one of the fifth batch of intensively started projects, and construction started on the same day in Haixin Pian, Jinbi District of the Industrial Park.

The centralized construction project in Dayao County involves 28 projects, with a total investment of 2.634 billion yuan, and plans to complete an investment of 935 million yuan in 2021. Among them, there are 3 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 366 million yuan, accounting for 13.9% of the total project investment. ; 16 industrial projects with a total investment of 1.747 billion yuan, accounting for 66.32% of the total project investment; 2 people’s livelihood projects with a total investment of 153 million yuan, accounting for 5.81% of the total project investment; 7 other projects with a total investment of 3.68 100 million yuan, accounting for 13.97% of the total project investment. Among the 28 projects, 11 projects have been started in October 2021, 8 projects have been started in November, and 9 projects have been started in December.

It is reported that the newly started cold chain logistics center infrastructure construction project covers an area of 113 acres, with a total investment of 360 million yuan. The project area plans to build a cold chain logistics service center, express logistics distribution center, product display center, and agricultural special product processing and sorting. The center, cold storage, affordable housing, municipal facilities, etc., with a total construction area of 85,000 square meters. After the project is completed, it can accommodate about 20 companies, providing each company with about 3000 square meters of factory buildings, more than 300 square meters of office space and about 20 sets of affordable housing, which can effectively solve the difficulty of green food processing enterprises in Jinbi Industrial Zone. It can also provide 9028 square meters of cold storage facilities for the accommodation of employees.

The Secretary of the State Party Committee Yang Bin announced the start of the construction of the Yao'an Modern Flower Industry Demonstration Park. The project has a planned construction area of 3313 acres and a total budget of 940 million yuan. After it is completed and put into production, it is expected to produce 450 million fresh cut flowers per year and achieve a comprehensive output value of more than 675 million yuan.

The construction project of Chuxiong High-tech Experimental School is located in the high-speed rail new city area, with a total land area of 187 acres, a design scale of 81 classes and 3900 students, and a total investment of about 434 million yuan. The project adopts the PPP model and is developed and constructed by the Chuxiong High-tech Zone Management Committee. The nine-year compulsory education stage will be publicly run, and the high school stage will be managed and operated by Sichuan Shenzhou Tianli Education Group. At the same time, the construction of the main road and the park avenue of the infrastructure supporting projects was started, and the three projects are scheduled to be completed in July 2022.
