Project Overview

It is understood that the site of the solar thermal + photovoltaic pilot project of Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County Huidong New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the 40-mile Gobi 10 million-kilowatt solar thermal power generation base in Aksai County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. The scale is 1 set of 110MW CSP generator set (8h thermal energy storage) + 640MW photovoltaic generator set + 330kV collection station. After completion, it will be sent to the nearest power system via a 330kV line. The nature of the project is to build a new power station, which will be completed at one time. The project is scheduled to start on April 1, 2022, and will be connected to the grid for the first time on December 15, 2023.

The bidding scope of the project includes all engineering surveys, designs, materials (referring to the general term of equipment, parts, components, tools, materials, etc.) procurement and supply, equipment and materials supervision, and overall project implementation management (project quality, safety management, construction period) And investment control), construction, installation, commissioning, trial operation, technical service, training, grid-connected power generation, functional test, single item acceptance, handover production acceptance, performance test coordination, completion acceptance, operation guidance before the entire system evaluation period, quality warranty EPC general contracting work for the whole process, including the elimination of warranty services during the period.
