On December 14, 2021, the Chongqing Municipal Public Resources Transaction Supervision Network issued a tender notice for the subsidiary projects of the Chongqing Nanchuan Jinfo Mountain Water Conservancy Project. Project Overview

The Jinfo Mountain Water Conservancy Project in Nanchuan District, Chongqing City is a large (two) reservoir, consisting of two parts: a dam pivot project and an irrigation area project. The reservoir pivot project includes a river dam, a spillway, and a flood discharge tunnel. Implementation completed), traffic tunnels, irrigation and power generation diversion structures, behind-dam-type power stations, etc. The dam adopts a concrete face rockfill dam with a maximum height of 110.3 meters, a normal storage level of 836 meters, a total storage capacity of 101 million cubic meters, and an installed capacity of 4,400 kilowatts behind the dam. Irrigation area projects include the main canal, Nanping canal, Antarctic canal, Yantang canal, Jinnan sub-main canal, Tangjiagou sub-main canal, Shixi main canal and dam pond branch canal, two water-dropping power stations, etc. The total length is 130.62 kilometers, and the total main canal head diversion flow is 14.86 cubic meters per second. At present, the main construction of the hub project is basically completed, the gates have been closed to store water, the irrigation area is still under construction, and the Ma'anshan tunnel in the main canal has been completed.

Bidding overview

Hub project management room. There are 3 buildings in total, of which 1# building is a comprehensive building with 3 floors, with a construction area of 1505.79m2, frame structure; 2# building is a dormitory building with 2 floors, with a construction area of 727.96m2, frame structure; 3# building is auxiliary The building has a total of 1 storey, with a construction area of 360.38m2 and a frame structure.

Fish breeding station. The multiplication station is mainly composed of buildings (structures) such as spawning and hatching and fry breeding workshops, sewage treatment equipment, and outdoor brooding ponds. The plant area of the multiplication station is 3165.50 square meters, the elevation of the site is 780.00m, and the site number of the plant is 0+000.00~0+238.85. The roads of the factory area surround the workshops of the factory area, and there is a fence around the factory area with a height of 2.4m. The plant area of the multiplication station is mainly composed of spawning and hatching and fry breeding workshops, sewage treatment equipment, and outdoor brooding ponds.

Landscape and greening. The reservoir is close to the dam body landscape, management housing area, multiplication and release station, landscape platform, power plant, side slopes on both sides of the dam body and downstream dam slope within the red line of land acquisition at one end of the dam body. In the management room area, in addition to the basic supporting facilities, such as office, parking, accommodation, catering and other infrastructure, the management room is also equipped with sports fields, leisure areas, outdoor leisure cafes, etc. The roads in the field are all 8-meter two-way double lanes, and the road pavement is blackened with asphalt concrete. The landscape platform is about 1500 square meters, with the entrance image LOGO wall, Jinfo Mountain, parking lot, landscape observation platform, public restroom and other landscape nodes. The concrete pile-slab retaining wall on the back side of the landscape platform adopts landscape methods such as dry-hanging concrete slabs and adding concrete planting troughs. The top of the powerhouse behind the dam has been greened. The top of the powerhouse is covered with soil to plant lawns and small flowering shrubs, and landscape trees are planted around the powerhouse. The landscape design of the dam includes slope greening, reservoir case name, etc. On the downstream slope of the dam, grass seeds and ivy are planted in the gaps created by the dam body. The reservoir case is covered with weathering boards to build planting troughs, and the planting troughs are covered with soil to plant color-leaf shrubs, forming the "Jinshan Lake" case name. Build a flower pond on the outside of the horse road on the left bank slope and plant hanging plants. The position of the breeding station in the master plan of landscape and greening has been adjusted, and the corresponding engineering quantity is calculated according to the new position of the breeding station. The landscape and greening works are temporarily not considered within the layout of the fish breeding station in this figure; the roof features of the water intake tower on the left bank Sculptures are not within the scope of this bidding; if the landscape design plans are inconsistent with the plans of other sub-projects such as management houses, fish breeding stations, etc., the plans of other sub-projects shall prevail.

Approach highway. The approach road from the county road to the powerhouse of the dam-type power station, the fourth-level road, the concrete pavement, the width is 4.5m, and the design speed is 20Km/h. The bank protection project on the riverside of the road is a grade 4 hydraulic structure. The approach road near the spillway has been partially excavated, and approximately 50,000 m3 of earth and stone have been excavated.

Box culvert section of the main trunk canal. Stake numbers 0+047 to 0+364.13 at the outer side of the spillway tipping section, of which the outer slope protection and facilities of the box culvert section 0+047-0+185 have been implemented. The penstocks for the inverted siphon from the main canal to the Shixi main canal in Guizhou The section is included in the scope of implementation of the box culvert section of the main canal.

The treatment of the downstream slope on the left bank of the dam refers to the treatment of the downstream slope on the left bank behind the dam, which mainly includes prestressed anchor cables, anchor rods, shotcrete, active protective nets and slag blocking walls.
