On December 20, 2021, the Anhui Provincial Public Resources Trading Center released the announcement of candidates for the construction of the G3 Tongling Yangtze River Highway Bridge Project.

Project Overview

The project implementation site is in Anhui Province. The G3 Tongling Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge is an important project for Tongling to complete the construction of comprehensive transportation facilities and realize cross-river development. The bridge is constructed in accordance with the "four-lane railway + six-lane expressway" standard. The route starts from Huayuan Village, Chenyaohu Town, Tongling City, and passes through Laozhou Town. It crosses the Yangtze River about 720 meters upstream of the existing Tongling Yangtze River Highway Bridge and ends at Minzhu Village, Datong Town. The two sections are connected to the current G3 Beijing-Taiwan Expressway. About 11.877 kilometers. The main bridge across the river adopts (127.5+131+988+131+127.5) meter cable-stayed suspension cable cooperation system bridge scheme. The project is equipped with expressways, general-speed railways, and inter-city railways (reserved) to cross the river. The highway-rail joint construction section is about 2.682 kilometers long, the road link on the north side of the Yangtze River is about 5.799 kilometers long, and the road link on the south side of the Yangtze River is about 3.396 kilometers long. Intercity railway and general-speed railway connections in sub-construction sections are not within the scope of this project.

The scope of bidding for this project includes temporary engineering, roadbed engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, track and electric and electric traction power supply embedded parts, crossover engineering, traffic engineering and facilities along the line, greening and environmental protection engineering, construction management information construction and Other projects, etc., all content within the scope of the engineering quantity list and construction drawing design.
