Recently, SANY and Premai jointly held a PS/SP dual-brand 45-meter pump truck roll-off ceremony and global pumping R&D platform roll-off ceremony in Plant 18. Xiang Ruan, chairman of the Engineering Vehicle Division, and Shen Junwu, deputy director of the Process Information Headquarters , Jiang Qingbin, general manager of the pumping company, Torben, general manager of the Asia Pacific region of Prima, attended the ceremony.

The dual-brand 45-meter pump truck is the first parent machine product jointly created by SANY and Premai. It adopts a number of superior technologies from both parties and has the characteristics of full regulations, more reliability, safety and efficiency.

Mr. Vonder Geest, General Manager of Prime Marketing, said that the first R&D cooperation between the two parties was very successful, and a large amount of advanced technology and experience were merged at the same time.

Mr. Chen Tianming, the executive deputy general manager of the pumping company, pointed out that the dual-brand 45-meter pump truck has effectively filled the gap in the 40-meter segment of SANY in the European market, and its new integrated technology will also be applied to domestic product development.

The two parties signed a technology transfer agreement in July 2021, breaking the legal and financial barriers, and successfully launched the global pumping R&D platform in December 2021.

Peter, Dean of the Premai Research Institute, pointed out that SANY and Premai have overcome multiple difficulties in cultural differences, data security, and laws and regulations. The platform will play a key role in more efficient cooperation between R&D personnel of both parties.

Huang Yunming, deputy dean of SANY Pumping Research Institute, said that the launch of the platform has opened up the R&D data and R&D business processes of both parties, and laid a solid platform foundation for future collaborative product development and use of the lighthouse factory's advantages to help Premaid reduce costs.

In the future, SANY will use the global R&D platform to develop PS/SP series of parent machines, continuously improve its products, and provide customers with reliable, safe and cost-effective products.Editor/Ma Xue
