The total construction area of this project is about 229,000 square meters. It adopts a frame-shear structure, with 1 underground floor and 30 floors above ground, including a 3-story podium and five towers A-E, with a building height of 91.3 meters. The signing of the project will help the high-quality development of the Sixth Bureau.

The two parties also signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and will jointly build and implement a series of projects developed by Golden Century Group in the Philippines, including Golden Century Imperial City, Golden Century International Hotel and Golden Century Fortune Center based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win results.
