On January 19, 2022, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Public Resource Trading Center announced the public announcement of the social capital winning candidates for the PPP project of the Congjiang-Rongan-Lipu Highway (Rongan via Yongfu to Yangshuo). Project Overview

Congjiang-Rongan-Lipu Highway (Rongan via Yongfu to Yangshuo) is an important part of Zhonglian Line 2 of "1 Ring, 12 Horizontal, 13 Vertical and 25 Connections" in the "Guangxi Expressway Network Planning (2018-2030)" . The starting point of the route is located in Fushi Town, Rong'an County, Liuzhou City, connecting with the first phase of the Rong'an-Congjiang Highway (Rong'an-Antai section). Dapo Township), Yongfu County of Guilin City (Sanhuang Town, Yongan Township, Guangfu Township, Luojin Town, Baoli Town), Lingui District of Guilin City (Nanbianshan Town, Liutang Town), and finally Lingui District Six On the east side of Luanshandi Village, Tang Town, Liutang Interconnection is transformed into a hub and a landing connection is connected to the G65 Baomao Expressway. The total length of the route is 111.517km. The estimated total investment of the project is about 21,614,177,700 yuan, and the average cost per kilometer is about 193,819,600 yuan.

The design speed of this project is 100 km/h, with 4 lanes in both directions. A total of 32,154 m/67 bridges are set up, including 11,034 m/7 extra-large bridges, 20,182 m/47 bridges, and 938 m/13 small and medium-sized bridges; a total of 37,048 tunnels are set up. Meter/27, including 11,688m/3 extra-long tunnels, 17,789m/11 long tunnels, 5,665m/8 medium tunnels, and 1,906m/5 short tunnels, with a bridge-to-tunnel ratio of 62.1%. A total of 6 connecting lines (Rong'an South, Siding North, Sanhuang, Yong'an, Guangfu, Baoli) have been set up on the whole line, with a length of about 9.365 kilometers, of which Rong'an South connecting line is 1.413 kilometers, Siding North connecting line 4.435 kilometers, and Sanhuang connecting line is 1.413 kilometers long. The connecting line is 1.255 kilometers, the Yongan connecting line is 0.529 kilometers, the Guangfu connecting line is 0.704 kilometers, and the Baoli connecting line is 1.029 kilometers. The connecting lines are constructed according to the design speed of 60 km/h, the width of the roadbed is constructed according to the technical standard of two-way 2-lane secondary highway, and the width of the roadbed is 10 meters. There are 4 hub-type interchanges, 6 general interchanges, 2 construction management centers, 2 service areas, 1 parking area, 2 maintenance areas, 2 vehicle rescue stations, 1 tunnel management station, etc. Traffic engineering and facilities along the line.

Starting point: The starting point of this project is located in Fushi Town, Rong'an County, Liuzhou City, connecting with the first phase of the Rong'an-Congjiang Highway (Rong'an-Antai section).

End point: The end point of the project is on the east side of Luanshandi Village, Liutang Town, Lingui District. The Liutang Interconnection will be transformed into a hub and a landing connection to connect with G65 Baomao Expressway.
