Project Overview

Part A (Benxi-Jian Expressway, Benxi-Huanren (Liao-Jijie) section of Liaoning Province Benxi-Ji'an Expressway): The main line of Benxi starts from the vicinity of Weining Village, Mingshan District, Benxi City, passing through Benxi County, Tianshifu Town, Jichang Town, Dongying Fang Township, Balidianzi Town and Hualai Town of Huanren County, make full use of the completed sections of Yonghuan Expressway and Heda Expressway, pass through Erpengdianzi Town and Wulidianzi Town in Huanren County, and stop at Hangpailing (Liaoji boundary). The Kuandian branch line starts from the vicinity of Longzaugou Village, Balidianzi Town, Huanren County, passes through Shuangshanzi Town, and ends near Lishuyuan Village, Kuandian County.

The main line of Benhuan is 208.105 kilometers long, of which 176.105 kilometers are newly built and 32.000 kilometers are fully utilized; the total length of the Kuandian branch line is 46.752 kilometers. The new section of the main line and the Kuandian branch line are constructed using the standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The design speed is 100 km/h, the width of the roadbed is 26 meters, the design vehicle load level of bridges and culverts is highway-I, and other technical indicators are in accordance with the "Highway Engineering Technical Standards". Part B (Part 5~9 of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Suizhong (Ji-Liaojie) to Panjin section of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway): The reconstruction and expansion project of the Suizhong (Ji-Liaojie) to Panjin section of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway is a new double line at Jiumenkou The section is connected to the reconstruction and expansion section of the original road. Among them, the new Jiumenkou double line starts from Jiumenkou (Hebei-Liaoning) in Suizhong County and ends at the former hub of the existing Beijing-Harbin Expressway. Reconstruction and expansion of the highway, through Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Jinzhou City, Linghai City, stop at the Panjin hub of Panshan County, connect the Panjin to Shenyang section of the Jingha Expressway, and parallel the Jiumenkou double line of the existing Jingha Expressway, Hebei and Liaoning.
