On February 21, 2022, as the 200-day countdown to the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou in 2022, the first section of Hangzhou Metro Line 3, the second phase of Line 4, and the first section of Line 10 were put into operation at the same time. The total operating mileage of Hangzhou Metro has exceeded 400 kilometers with the help of "CRRC-made" subway vehicles, making a big step towards the goal of 516 kilometers.
The first train of Hangzhou Metro Line 3
The vehicles for the first phase of Hangzhou Metro Line 3 project are AH-type subway trains with aluminum alloy fully welded car bodies. The traction power supply system adopts DC1500V overhead catenary power supply, and the running rail returns. The maximum design speed of the main line is 80km/h.
The train is designed and manufactured according to the international advanced standards, with 4 movements, 2 trailers and 6 carriages, with an ultra-wide drum-shaped car body structure. An increase of 210 people/column, an 11% increase in passenger capacity compared to the B-type car.
The train is equipped with a coupler, an anti-climbing device, a replaceable three-stage energy-absorbing device of the driver's cab energy-absorbing module, and an on-board pantograph-catenary online monitoring system to improve the safety of the train operation.
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly variable frequency heat pump air conditioning units are used in the car, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly LED lighting is used for both the passenger room lighting and the driver's indoor and outdoor lighting. Use water-based paint and environmentally friendly materials to protect the ecological environment.
Equipped with a large number of new passenger information technologies such as multimedia LED display technology and 42.7-inch large-screen LCD dynamic map, the vehicle has the characteristics of low noise, low energy consumption, high humanization and intelligence, and will comprehensively improve the level of urban rail transit equipment and services in Hangzhou quality.
Hangzhou Metro Line 4 Phase II Train
The trains of Hangzhou Metro Line 4 are B-type cars, using 4-moving, 2-pulling, and 6-car formation. The maximum running speed of the train is 80km/h.
The body of the train is white and green, with a drum-shaped body structure and an aluminum alloy body, with a maximum passenger capacity of 2,034 people.
A large-size (42.7-inch) LCD dynamic map is set above each door area in the passenger room to facilitate passengers to obtain arrival information.
The first train of Hangzhou Metro Line 10
The electric passenger car procurement project of Hangzhou Metro Line 10 Phase I Project adopts A-type cars. The whole line is equipped with 16 electric passenger cars (96 cars), each train is composed of 4 cars, 2 trailers and 6 cars, and the maximum running speed is 80km/h.
The traction power supply system of the train adopts DC1500V overhead catenary power supply, running rail return mode, AC motor traction, variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) control.
The whole vehicle adopts an all-welded aluminum alloy drum-shaped body structure. When braking frequently, electric braking is given priority, and air braking is used to supplement the electric braking force when the electric braking force is insufficient. The train is 140.16 m long, 3.088 m wide and 3.755 m high.
The opening and operation of Hangzhou Metro Line 3 has further expanded the radiation effect of the rail network in the core area of Hangzhou.
