On February 20, 2022, relying on the advantages of first-class qualifications for highway construction, Energy China Anhui Power Construction First Company officially started construction of the PPP project of urban infrastructure construction in Dingyuan County, Anhui Province, which was contracted by the investment + EPC model.

The PPP project is located in Dingyuan County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It operates in a build-operate-transfer mode. The cooperation period is 13 years, of which the construction period is 3 years and the operation period is 10 years. The construction content of the project includes the G328 national highway project (Dingyuan section), with a total length of 21.815 kilometers, and the construction standard is a first-class highway; the municipal road network project of Dingyuan County, the new roads are about 9.81 kilometers, and the reconstruction and expansion roads are about 23.16 kilometers. The operation content of the project includes the routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of the national highways, as well as the operation and maintenance of the newly-built municipal roads.

The sub-project that started construction for the first time is the upgrading and reconstruction project of Xinglong Road. The total length of the road is about 3642.58 meters. The current road is a cement concrete road. . The red line of the renovated and upgraded road is 40 meters wide. It is an urban secondary trunk road, with two-way four-lane roads. The design speed is 40 kilometers per hour. It adopts asphalt concrete pavement. Landscape greening and other ancillary works. After the completion of the renovation project, it will not only further improve the urban traffic environment in Dingyuan County, but also improve the quality of road traffic in the Economic and Technological Development Zone.
